Our Research Community workshops are made up of internal human capital development experts from some of the world’s top companies. Attendees are typically, CHRO’s, Chief Talent Officers, or Heads of Learning & Development.
As part of the Institute for Contemporary Leadership’s mission to push the boundaries on innovation in leadership development, we create a space for small groups of senior practitioners to network and share practices with each other, as well as collaborate on developing new ideas they can take back into their organizations for immediate and long term impact.
This half-day working session, which includes lunch, will be divided into three parts. It begins with a review the of Institute’s latest work with senior executive on leadership agility. Next, participants will share a specific success story from their organization. Finally, participants will provide peer consulting to one another on specific challenges and opportunities that they would like to explore.
