Cybelle Lyon is a Senior Advisor at CLA, specializing in leadership assessment and development and executive coaching. In addition to her coaching expertise, she is also highly experienced in broader solutions such as competency modeling, and developing selection, leadership development, change management, and succession planning systems. Prior to joining CLA’s faculty, Dr. Lyon worked for specialized firms, large global companies, and for a private equity firm where she was responsible for the assessment of CEOs and other C-Suite executive. Cybelle holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University. She has presented on topics such as ROI of leadership development, succession planning, personality assessment, 360-degree feedback, and leadership derailment. Dr. Lyon is also a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
