What is your favorite assessment and why?
I’ve found the Hogan assessment especially useful for helping leaders recognize behaviors that tend to surface under pressure and can get in the way of effectiveness.
Which of CLA’s service offerings do you most enjoy talking about?
Leadership development, change management, and organization design are where I find the most energy—they’re all about helping people and systems evolve together.
When you're not helping clients navigate complex leadership challenges, where might we find you?
I’m often studying HEMA (historical European martial arts), out exploring the outdoors, or getting lost in a good sci-fi or fantasy world.
