Scott Slipy

Senior Advisor

Scott Slipy is a Senior Advisor with CLA that brings 25 years of global operating experience in both Fortune 100 and mid-sized, growth-phase, private firms. Scott has deep expertise and passion for working with boards and executive teams to execute and scale efficiently through superior leadership, culture, and talent practices. He has been affiliated with CLA for over 10 years in multiple capacities including participating in a development program, as a CHRO purchasing talent solutions, and as an ongoing advisor engaging in peer research and consulting projects. Scott has served in global HR leadership roles with Honeywell and Microsoft, as VP of Total Rewards at Cisco, and led the People function (CHRO) at two mid-stage FinTech firms. Most recently, he has been part of a CLA partnership to support and enable a mid-stage tech firm through a successful IPO. Scott holds an M.A. in Human Resources and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
