Tom is a Senior Consultant with Contemporary Leadership Advisors. He has over twenty-five years of experience working with senior executives to leverage organizational dynamics to drive transformation, execute strategy and achieve results. He specializes in working with leadership teams on high performance training, as well as coaching executive 1-on-1.

Tom has previously served as a Director at AlixPartners, a Partner at Mercer Delta, and has held Principal/Partner level positions at several boutique consultancies. He has also spent time on the client side as a Talent Executive.

He was the Chief Human Capital Officer for Univision Communications Inc., a top five broadcast media company in the US. There he launched a strategic human resource function and led the redesign of several key divisions. Previously he was the Chief People Officer for Omnicom Media Group, overseeing the integration of a three-way merger of previously independent global media agencies. He has also been on the coaching faculty for the Stanford University International Executive Residency Program.

Tom holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA in Philosophy from St. Francis College in New York.
