Tony Susa is a Partner at CLA. He works at the intersection of leadership and strategy. He is an executive coach and C-suite advisor with extensive Fortune 100 experience. Previously, Tony held senior positions with Ferguson Partners, YSC, and Right Management and served as the VP of HR at American List Counsel and Director of Training & Development at Applied Underwriters. Tony completed his PhD in I/O Psychology at the University of Nebraska and his Masters of Psychology at the University of Alabama. He is certified in executive coaching through YSC’s internal coaching program.
