Rick Hardin is a Senior Consultant at CLA, where he specializes in leadership assessment, coaching, and organization change. He has over 30 years of experience working with clients in retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, public utilities, healthcare, consumer products, and technology industries. Prior to joining CLA, he was Director & Practice Lead for Organization Change at AlixPartners , and before that, Director of Organization Development at Harley-Davidson. Rick holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is certified in many leadership/assessment & coaching tools including Hogan, Human Synergistic, MBTI and Strength-Finder. He has been a presenter at leading conferences and events including European IT Strategy Consortia, SIOP Global conference, Organization Design Forum, NACD, and Conference Board events.
