Alessa Natale is an Engagement Manager at CLA, where she leverages her expertise in industrial-organizational psychology to empower leaders to transform themselves, their teams, and their organizations’ culture and employee experience. Prior to CLA, Alessa worked in Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson with a particular focus on Assessment, as well as in Pfizer’s Learning & Development practice. Alessa has experience coaching at a variety of levels, with a particular focus on leveraging assessments, interviews, and science-backed practices. She has taught courses in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Psychology of Career Development and Planning at Baruch College.
Alessa holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center, where she focused on the integration points between positive psychology, leadership, development, and DEI. Alessa is a certified team coach and active contributor to industry conferences and has taught academic courses in industrial-organizational psychology and the psychology of career development.
