Benett Gigl is Principal at CLA where he leverages his expertise in organizational effectiveness and psychology to help executives, teams, and organizations increase their leadership impact during periods of change and growth. Using a consultative and data-driven approach, Benett has designed and implemented large scale interventions focused on learning and development, performance management, and leadership development. He is also a key member of CLA’s executive assessment practice. Prior to joining CLA, Benett worked for Slalom Consulting in their Organizational Effectiveness practice and YSC. Benett holds a MBA in Organizational Effectiveness/I-O Psychology from CUNY’s Baruch College.
