Christine Fernandez is a Senior Consultant at CLA, specializing in executive leadership assessment and development, as well as organizational development (OD), and talent measurement. She also has extensive experience in competency modeling, 360-degree feedback, engagement surveys, linkage research, customer loyalty, ROI studies, executive coaching, and succession planning. Prior to joining CLA, Dr. Fernandez was the Head of Organization Culture and Effectiveness at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, as well as the founder her own boutique human capital consulting firm. Dr. Fernandez is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and past president of The Metropolitan New York Associate for Applied Psychology (METRO).
