Erik is a Principal at CLA, where he works with Fortune 500 enterprises and PE-backed portfolio companies to enhance organizational effectiveness and improve the performance of senior leadership teams. In 2021 Erik’s consulting work with Verizon was awarded the only Brandon Hall Gold Award for Executive Education. Prior to joining CLA, Erik worked for Sandra Hartog & Associates/Fenestra (now BTS) and taught classes in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology at Baruch College. Erik earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center. His doctoral research applied intervention strategies to cultivate healthier communication norms and a greater degree of trust between members of newly formed virtual teams.
