Dr. Harry Dellane is a Business Psychologist and Senior Advisor at CLA with over twenty-five years of experience in executive development, human resources, and consulting roles. Harry’s work focuses on executive assessment, coaching, and integration; senior team effectiveness; and organizational development. Harry works with complex, multisite, global organizations at different organizational levels and across functional disciplines, with extensive experience in financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, education, insurance, and technology. His clients include Fortune 500 businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions.
Harry received a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, an MS in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from the New School for Social Research, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware. He served in the United States Army for five years, attaining the rank of Captain. His assignments included postings in the United States and Frankfurt, Germany.
Harry is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology; the Society for Human Resource Management; the New York Center for the Study of Groups, Organizations and Social Systems; the NY Association for Psychological Type; and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
