Jasmine Mortazavi is a Consultant at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), where she supports clients on various leadership and organizational development and design projects at CLA. Jasmine received her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, with her studies centering on leadership development, motivation, emotions and engagement in the workplace. Previously, Jasmine worked in Human Resources at ArisGlobal, a provider of SaaS software solutions to the life sciences industry. While at ArisGlobal, Jasmine focused on learning and development initiatives, creation and implementation of onboarding programs, and supported the talent acquisition team. In this role, Jasmine also assisted with company-wide culture change initiatives, including the implementation of a 360-degree feedback program.
Jasmine graduated from American University with a B.A. in Law and Psychology, where she focused on hiring practices and policies as they relate to Diversity, Equity, and Inlcusion (DEI) issues. When she’s not at work, Jasmine enjoys spending her free time reading, socializing with friends, and taking care of her surprisingly high maintenance cat.
