Dr. Jonathan Levine is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and human resource (HR) professional with over 20 years of experience in nearly all areas of HR. Dr. Levine has worked internally for organizations, such as British Petroleum (BP), on high profile projects such as the company’s global competency management and assessment program intended to increase safety, develop leaders, and ensure a reliably operational workforce. Jonathan has deep expertise in assessment, selection, leadership development, competency modeling, performance management, and career exploration. Past clients include Peterbilt, Bloomin’ Brands, Google, the Human Resource Management Center, the US Navy, the City of Nashville, and Monster.com. Jonathan received his PhD and MS degrees, both in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, from North Carolina State University.
