Liz Weglarz is an Engagement Manager at CLA and is currently completing her doctorate in industry-organizational psychology at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center. Her research focuses on leadership, emotions, and motivation. Prior to beginning her graduate studies, Liz worked in various human resources roles in HR consulting and technology organizations including Compass Workforce Solutions, Yext, Inc. and Koios Medical. In addition, she currently teaches a motivation and learning course at Baruch College. Liz completed her B.A. and M.B.A. at Stony Brook University.
