Luis A. Marrero is a Senior Consultant and Faculty Member at Contemporary Leadership Advisors. Luis has over 40 years of experience in senior leadership Human Resource and Organization Development roles. He has worked for prestigious global brands such as The Walt Disney Company as Senior Organization Development (O.D.) Consultant. He provides O.D. consulting, training, coaching, and psychological and leadership assessment services to C-Suite executives of multinational companies in Spanish and English. He also trains and certifies aspiring Meaningful Purpose Practitioners. Luis authored The Path to a Meaningful Purpose: Psychological Foundations of Logoteleology and the soon-to-be-published, Meaningful Purpose: A Primer in Logoteleology. Luis is the pioneer of Meaningful Purpose Psychology (Logoteleology) and Second Wave Organization Development (OD 2.0). His passion is to help individuals and organizations succeed in their meaningful purpose. Luis is the founder of the Boston Institute for Meaningful Purpose and co-founder of the International Positive Psychology Association’s Work and Organization Division. He holds a B.A. in History from Siena Heights University and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Puerto Rico. Luis did his graduate thesis work in Psychology and post-graduate studies in Organization Development through the NTL and Gestalt Institutes. As adjunct faculty at NTL Institute, Luis taught Tavistock, Human Interaction Laboratories, and Diagnosing Organizations for Impact.
