Martina is a Senior Advisor at CLA and has over twenty-five years in leadership roles and consulting in organizational effectiveness for a wide range of Fortune 500 clients, Canadian crown corporations, the broader public sector, and small to medium sized enterprises. Her work focuses on creating and delivering integrated talent management solutions to help clients become more effective in the areas of strategy execution, leadership development, personal and organizational change, culture transformation, and organization design.
Martina is a certified Change Management expert and an Adler School of Professional Coaching trained leadership coach. She holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and is a Certified Human Resources Leader through the Human Resources Professionals Association. Martina is fluent in English, French and German, with working knowledge in Spanish and in Portuguese. Martina is located in Ottawa.
