His results-based approach to consulting and coaching emphasizes the ability for executives and their teams to achieve strategic objectives, create high-performing cultures and drive the bottom line. He was one of the first leadership coaches at Google.
Michael has worked extensively with organizations in Technology, Biotechnology, EdTech, Finance, Professional Services, Consumer Brands and Venture Capital, including Google, YouTube, Waymo, McKinsey & Company, Credit Karma, Marketo, 500 Startups, Oracle, Riverbed Technology, McKesson & Company, Genentech, Roche, Anaplan, Intel, Lam Research, Cypress Semiconductor, Lumentum, Flextronics, Sony Playstation, Tishman Speyer, Swing Education, Trendkite and The Gap.
Michael earned a Masters of Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Antioch College. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
