Ned is a senior advisor at CLA where he works as a strategic thought partner with firms ranging from leaders in their industry to new ventures. Ned’s work is informed by over 20 years of international business experience working with clients across the Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries.
Ned has held several executive roles, most notably at IBM as a Human Resource Executive, Corporate Development Leadership and Change Lead, and as a Global Business Services Partner (formally PWC), helping the company transform its portfolio to cloud and AI/data offerings.
What clients find unique about Ned is that he is well versed in market-based approaches, but he doesn’t push them. Instead, he invests in learning what is unique about your business, what the business goals are, then offers a specific approach to address the opportunity.
He holds a Master’s degree in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from Colby College. He formalized his coaching training with the Co-Active Training Institute, teaches a leadership development course for Columbia University Venture Tech, and holds several certifications in psychometric behavioral assessments.
