Tony Susa is a Partner at Contemporary Leadership Advisors. specializes in senior team alignment and C-Suite effectiveness.
With a Ph.D. in 1/0 Psychology from the University of Nebraska and over two decades of experience including senior roles at Ferguson Partners, YSC, Applied Underwriters and ALC with extensive experience helping Fortune 100 companies match talent to critical roles to results. Tony creates safe spaces where executive teams can tackle tough challenges and have the honest conversations that actually move the needle.
Tony’s approach combines analytical rigor with genuine human connection, allowing him to deliver substantive feedback in a way that people can hear. His coaching gets results – with client organizations reporting improvements up to 240% in team alignment and leadership impact metrics.
When not helping executives break through barriers, Tony challenges his three teenagers to mini-golf competitions during family trips to Disney World and when he can, he golfs on 18-hole courses too.

What's an interesting insight you learned from an assessment?
Through the Personal Resilience Indicator (PRI), I learned that my greatest resilience strengths are in relationships and perseverance—both core to how I lead. The assessment also reminded me that maintaining composure under pressure is a lifelong practice, especially in high-stakes leadership situations.
