What's an interesting insight you learned from an assessment?
Through the Personal Resilience Indicator (PRI), I learned that my greatest resilience strengths are in relationships and perseverance—both core to how I lead. The assessment also reminded me that maintaining composure under pressure is a lifelong practice, especially in high-stakes leadership situations.
