Toni is an executive coach and HR strategist who brings extensive experience as a business partner and trusted leadership advisor.
Prior to consulting, Toni served as CHRO for Kaleida Health, a 10,000-employee, $1.7B health care system in Western New York and she held senior HR roles as people strategist with Time Warner Inc., The Worth Collection, Citigroup, Bankers Trust and Electronic Data Systems.
Toni received her BA in psychology from Swarthmore College, and was certified in Executive Coaching at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. She is a founding Board Member for The Buffalo Arts & Tech. Center and served as Board Chair for JazzReach.
