Seema worked in Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice for over thirteen years and bring a versatile skillset for collaborating with clients to lead and manage strategic projects – from transformational to tactical change.  She honed her executive coaching skills and capabilities to conduct leadership and team assessments while working at YSC. She has cross-industry experience and appreciates how it continuously improves her learning agility to better serve clients.  Her coaching clients include C-suite and senior leaders, high-potential talent, and entrepreneurs.
