Jaymee Frole, MBA, is an Engagement Manager at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), specializing in leadership, team, and organizational development with a strong focus on process optimization. With a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities within HR processes, Jaymee excels in helping clients drive internal transformation. She leverages her background in social work to combine a people-centric approach with a focus on change management and efficiency. Since joining CLA, Jaymee has contributed to a wide range of projects across the health sciences, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, CPG, and manufacturing industries. Jaymee earned her M.B.A. from Western Carolina University, where she received the 2021-2022 M.B.A. Outstanding Graduate Award and was selected as the Fall 2021 commencement speaker. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, Team Coach Training, and holds a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

What is your favorite assessment and why?
I’m a big fan of 360 assessments. They surface the gaps and alignments between how you see yourself and how others experience you, opening the door to deeper self-awareness, accountability, and lasting change.
Which of CLA’s service offerings do you most enjoy talking about?
Leadership development, team performance, and change management are the areas I’m most passionate about.
