Jaymee Frole, MBA, is a Senior Consultant at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), specializing in leadership, team, and organizational development with a strong focus on process optimization. With a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities within HR processes, Jaymee excels in helping clients drive internal transformation. She leverages her background in social work to combine a people-centric approach with a focus on change management and efficiency.
Since joining CLA Jaymee has worked on a diverse range of projects, predominantly with clients in the health sciences and pharmaceutical sectors and include engagements with Gilead Sciences, Inc., Epredia, IU Health, Johnson & Johnson, and WuXi AppTec.
Jaymee earned her M.B.A. from Western Carolina University, where she received the 2021-2022 M.B.A. Outstanding Graduate Award from the College of Business and was selected as the Fall 2021 commencement speaker. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, Team Coach Training, and holds a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
