THE TEAM
Hannah Haghighi is an Analyst at Contemporary Leadership Advisors. Prior to this role, she completed her M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, focusing on organizational change, group dynamics, and building high performing teams. During this time, Hannah was President of the Organization and Human Consulting Club, which provided professional development and community building opportunities to students. She also researched individual decision-making processes at the Dynamic Network Lab under Dr. James Westaby.

What is your favorite assessment and why?
The DISC is my favorite because it’s helped me better understand my own working style and how to collaborate more effectively with others.
Which CLA service areas do you most enjoy talking about?
Leadership assessment and team performance, as both are key to unlocking stronger, more connected organizations.
When you're not helping clients navigate complex leadership challenges, where might we find you?
Spending time in nature with my dog, Olive, tending to my indoor plant collection, or in a Pilates class.
