Ellie is a master’s student at the Columbia School of Social Work, entering her specialized year with a concentration in Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship for Social Justice. As an intern at a Contemporary Leadership Advisors, she is contributing to the development of a Complexity Leadership Theory curriculum and supporting culture practice programming. Ellie is passionate about applying creative, research-based strategies to help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen workplace culture, and create healthier, more effective work environments that drive community-focused impact.​
