Johnny Lo is an Analyst at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA). He graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.A. in Business Administration (concentration in Management, minor in Data Analytics), where he played Men’s Soccer and served as president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Prior to joining CLA, Johnny interned in HR analytics at Genie, HR at Lakeside Industries, and HR advisory at Talent Realized, LLC, where he received mentorship from colleagues and exposure to the people functions in different organizations. He also worked as a research assistant under Dr. Brittany Tausen, conducting thematic analysis on social cognition—specifically exploring how students perceive themselves in contrast to how they believe others perceive them.

When he’s not working, Johnny plays video games with friends, exercises, plays golf with his dad, and enjoys his mom’s baked goods.
