Conner Cox is a Senior Consultant at Contemporary Leadership Advisors. Trained in clinical psychology, Conner brings depth in psychological assessment, interpersonal dynamics, group process, and systems thinking to his work. He is drawn to the measurement side of leadership, turning psychological insight into something that drives business performance and helps people understand their own functioning more clearly.

Before joining CLA, Conner spent nearly a decade in clinical settings, working extensively with Veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders in high-stakes environments. His experience spans comprehensive psychological and forensic assessment, individual and group intervention.

Conner earned his Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver, and his Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Outside of work, Conner spends his time with his wife, family, and friends. He is also Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and many of the lessons he has learned on the mats shape how he works and interacts with others.
