A world-class culture is one of the most powerful drivers in attracting and retaining talent – however, the rules of engagement have changed, with employees around the globe now staunchly focused on a work environment that delivers flexibility. This shift brings a mandate for leaders and managers to balance that requisite flexibility with employees’ concurrent desire for an engaging company culture that provides an experience of connection at work. In this 90-minute-micro-session, we will touch on each of the five sections of the Connected Culture Leadership Workshop. This micro-session will begin to provide every leader – from manager to C-Suite executive – with the research-underpinned model and proven business tactics necessary to foster an experience of connection for their team members, regardless of where they do their work. Leaders are given a preview into how to infuse connectedness into the employee experience – the key to attracting, engaging and retaining talent in this new world of work.
