Andrew Munts is a Senior Consultant at Contemporary Leadership Advisors. Andrew has over 25 years experience helping executives get the best out of their teams and organizations, advising and working with them through the full-cycle of strategy, organization design and change leadership to deliver exceptional results. He has worked extensively in the health, technology and services sectors, from start-ups through Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he was with Mercer Delta Consulting (later Oliver Wyman Delta) focusing on strategic organizational design and change. He also held leadership roles at SMS (Heath Information Systems), including Organizational Effectiveness Practice Manager and Decision Support National Sales Manager. Andrew holds an MA with honors in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a BA with honors in Economics from Brown University. He also received certificate degrees from the Université de Grenoble for his French studies.
