Ann is an executive coach and business psychologist specializing in selecting C-suite leaders, executive transition, succession planning, team development, and cultivating long-term leader success. Previously, she was a Principal with Green Peak Partners, focusing on organizational effectiveness and leadership selection for the private equity industry. Earlier in her career, she was the Managing Director at TalentQuest’s Atlanta, where she led the consulting practice. Ann holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and an MBA, both from Widener University and a BA from the University of Michigan. Ann is a licensed psychologist and serves as a Board member for the Society for Consulting Psychology and the Alexcel Group. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the Society for Military Psychology, and the Society for Sport, Exercise, and Human Performance Psychology. Ann is an Ironman athlete and brings her endurance mindset, focus, and energy to her work.
