Chelsea Mitamura is an Engagement Manager at CLA where she has focused broadly on leadership development and more specifically on diversity and inclusion, executive coaching and the advancement of women leaders. She currently applies her background in social psychological interventions to research, publications and a range of client projects. Chelsea completed her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her B.A. at Vassar College. She is also accredited in the viaEDGE Learning Agility Assessment and The Facial Action Coding System (FACS), used to taxonomize human facial movements and their associated emotions.
