Erik Pesner is an Engagement Manager at CLA, where he works with clients to improve senior team functioning and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining CLA, Erik worked for Sandra Hartog & Associates/Fenestra and SuperCV. He has taught classes on Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology at the City University of New York (CUNY). Erik earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a focus on virtual teams. His doctoral research applied intervention strategies on virtual team interdependencies to develop healthier communication norms, a greater degree of trust between team members, and increased team performance.
