
With over 25 years of consulting and coaching expertise, Kayla Cohen excels at developing organizations, teams, and leaders to reach their highest potential. She is a strategic leader passionate about delivering improved business results through connected, self-aware leaders, engaged employees, and constructive cultures.
Kayla’s experience includes over 10 years of consulting work with Accenture and over 20 years of bridging strategy and operations for global organizations while helping teams and groups come together effectively, ensuring the end-to-end work is done collectively. She has worked across many industries including life sciences, consumer products, advertising, high tech, and professional services.
As a senior executive in the strategic HR space at multiple companies, Kayla had global responsibility for
leadership coaching and development, employee engagement, succession planning, change management, and learning, talent, and team development. Kayla has developed and coached leaders at all levels. She’s guided leadership teams to improve their effectiveness resulting in priority alignment, behavior changes and improvement in inter- and intra- team dynamic.
Kayla has a master’s degree in Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. Kayla is certified in numerous tools and programs including Change Management from Prosci, The Leadership Circle Profile 360 Suite of assessments, the Team Management Profile and Types of Work Profile, Everything DiSC Workplace, as well as the ICF accredited Professional Coaching Program with Corporate Coach U. Kayla completed CRR Global’s Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching curriculum.
