THE TEAM
Kieran Rafter is a financial associate at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), working closely with clients to resolve questions and issues, maintaining clear communication regarding their accounts and supporting other operational needs to ensure an efficient and positive client experience.
Prior to CLA, Kieran was a Regional Service Coordinator and a Financial Analyst with AIG, where she partnered with corporate insurance clients across their three largest regions, translating complex retroactive financial adjustments into clear, actionable information and ensuring alignment across clients and internal teams.
Kieran earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Syracuse University. Outside the office, Kieran can usually be found on the sidelines cheering on her four children at their various sporting events—or behind the wheel, driving up and down the East Coast to follow their teams.

CLA values all resonate with Kieran however she loves “we bring the donuts.” On the operations side of the firm, CLA strives to be accessible, helpful and compassionate both internally to our team and externally to our clients.
Outside of Work
On the weekends, she enjoys spending time outdoors and catching a game, whether it’s one of her children’s youth teams or a professional sporting event. She also loves to travel with her husband and children, with relaxing on a beach or exploring a new city both making for a great getaway. And when she is home, there’s always time for a family game night—where she gets to teach her children the fine art of being a gracious winner!
