Mohsin Sharif is a Consultant at CLA where he supports initiatives in leadership development, executive assessment, job profiling, and high-performance team building. Before joining CLA, Mohsin worked for Pfizer and Dun & Bradstreet where he developed DE&I programs, restructured talent management processes, and built HR tools & policies. He also has experience working with small businesses in the legal and health care industries to enhance their social media presence and build talent pipelines. Mohsin graduated from Rutgers University where he earned his B.A. in Human Resources Management & Psychology.
