She has a Masters in “Consulting and Coaching for Change” from INSEAD business school(France), a Masters in “International Management” at SDA Bocconi (Italy) Cum Laude, a BA in Psychology at Bryn Mawr College (PA, USA) departmental honors. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is certified in the Hogan personality assessment and 360, in the EQ-I emotional intelligence inventory and in Team Coaching surveys. Olivia is American/Dutch, grew up in Belgium, resides in Italy and has lived and worked in several countries; she speaks fluent English, Italian and French. She is married and the proud mom of three sons.
