Scott Slipy is a Partner at CLA and a seasoned Human Resources executive recognized for his deep expertise in aligning human capital with enterprise strategy to drive measurable business outcomes. He partners with CEOs, HR leaders, executive teams, and Boards to strengthen organizational capacity, enhance leadership effectiveness, and architect talent practices that directly enable strategy execution and value realization.
Scott’s executive career spans global leadership roles in both public and private companies across high-growth technology, industrial, and healthcare sectors. His proficiency is rooted in successfully leading complex challenges, including organizational transformation, M&A integration, achieving IPO readiness, building HR functional capabilities, and designing robust Total Rewards strategies. He is adept at identifying organizational leverage points, strengthening executive capabilities, and implementing scalable solutions that enable rapid business acceleration.
Scott holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Human Resources. He has augmented his education through specialized programs in executive coaching, finance, and executive compensation.
Outside of his advisory work, Scott prioritizes quality time and travel adventures with his family and enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits.
