Sesha has held leadership positions as Director of Innovation and Development at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, Vice President of Technology Innovation at M&T Bank, and Product Line Manager with W.L. Gore & Associates, makers of GORE-TEX®. Her expertise covers sales, marketing, operations, and innovation. She can recognize the obstacles organizations face in the ever-changing business environment and provide effective solutions that create lasting results.
Sesha has leveraged her extensive leadership experience to serve as a Diversity & Inclusion Facilitator for the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and Rochester Chamber of Commerce. She has equipped senior executives throughout Upstate New York with the tools and strategies needed to successfully progress DE&I initiatives in their organizations.
With her in-depth knowledge of modern business and enthusiasm for coaching leadership and transforming teams, Sesha Yalamanchili holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo. She is an ICF accredited coach, trained at the CaPP Institute in strength-based and positive psychology approaches, as well as a certified Everything DiSC® facilitator.
