Fostering an Inclusive Culture: From Awareness to Action

In today’s dynamic business landscape, fostering an inclusive culture is not just an option for organizations—it’s a necessity. A world-class, inclusive culture is one of the single most powerful drivers of employee and organizational success. Now more than ever, employees are looking for inclusive workplaces where they feel welcome, respected, and valued. Companies with inclusive cultures are statistically more likely to achieve better business outcomes and to attract top talent. Further, employees of inclusive companies are more engaged, more likely to advocate for their company, and more likely to stay over time.

However, despite the priority placed on inclusivity by workers and the positive benefits enjoyed by inclusive organizations, most companies struggle to successfully create an impactful and enduring culture of inclusion. Most organizations today are implementing some inclusive policies, but the majority are still searching for a roadmap to guide them in taking the intentional, data-informed, and sustained actions required to create a truly inclusive culture. This Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA) Think Tank session is an opportunity to gather an intimate group of organizational and people leaders who wish to explore the workplace realities surrounding creating an inclusive culture inside their organizations.
